Lou Criger autographed letter. Two-page, front and back missive is dated "9/10th 1928" and includes some nice baseball content including, "Sy [sic] Young...has not written me for five or six years. I do not know why he does not write...." A surprising revelation made by the hall of fame pitcher's favorite battery-mate. Criger caught Young during his eight years on the Red Sox where he also played in the 1903 World Series. His other teams included the Indians and the played on the Indians, Cardinals and New York Highlanders (which later became the Yankees).
