Barbados Joe Walcott autographed Album Page (AP). Nat Fleischer ranked Joe Walcott as the greatest of the welterweights. Walcott won the title in 1901 and retained it until 1904, when he lost on a foul in the twentieth round to the Dixie Kid in the first world title match between two blacks. He retired in 1911 at the age of 38 with a record of 92-25 and 50 KOís. He was hit by a car and died in 1935. He was elected to the HOF in 1991 and his autograph remains a staple on collector lists. This is just the second we have offered and itís a beauty on a full album page!
